I first made my way west and got out to Kensington, because I wanted to check out Harrods and walk through the world famous luxury department store for a spell. I actually did think about buying something; however, I just couldn't find anything that I would have wanted to pay an overpriced amount for, even as a nice souvenir. So I left and then got on the tube and headed east.

I wanted to visit an area recommended to me called the Spitalfields Market and St. Dunstan in the East. And also, there was recommended a very interesting museum called the Dennis Severs’ house, where it was just a home, but everything was as it would have been in the 18th century, and I wanted to check that out.

I got off at the Liverpool to station and found that the Liverpool part of the city really isn't quite as nice as some of the other places, and I was glad I hadn't elected to stay there. Mind you, I have nothing against it. It's just not a good fit for me.

I did finally find the Dennis Severs’ but it was remarkably difficult to even locate. It was like they weren't trying to get people to come see it. Even on the outside I didn’t know where it was except for a gentleman standing out on the sidewalk. My first question was if they allowed photos inside and he said they did not. Ah, I did not go in. I don’t care for such needless rules. I then went over to the Spitalfields Market. It was pretty busy and looked to be a great place to buy stuff, but I don't really buy much on vacation, and thus, I didn't stay there long. Next, I found the Saint Dunstan church ruins.

It's...well, it’s not a bad place to visit and I would recommend going once, but I wouldn't ever go again I kind of imagined it would be more of some old overgrown ruins, but this was in really good condition and more of just a nice little park for people. I did take some photos and read some of the history. Apparently in Saxon times it was a garden and then in 950 A.D. it was made into a church by Saint Dunstan. However, due to fires and wars, the place eventually became ruins and in the 1960s it became a visitable tourist place.

Once I was done touring that area, I walked west again down the strand where I got some great photos. It's one walk I recommend people take if they want to see some cool buildings in London.

For my lunch, I selected the pizza place again. This time I made a big mistake and ordered one that had anchovies, which really ruined the pizza for me. The taste just permeates to the whole thing. Even if you take the anchovies off, it does not help because of the oils. I mean I did eat it, but I didn't really enjoyed it much.

At night, the show I had selected was “Mary Poppins.” It's not really my favorite show but I was very curious about how it was done at probably the most befitting place for that musical in the entire world and with a healthy budget.

Well, the cast all did a great job, but the set looked a little weak, and didn't really reflect a top-of-the-line production. Maybe it's a tradition to keep it a little more basic and simple. Hard to say. It was fun to do once. I don’t think I ever want to see it again. But again it's a fine show the first or maybe second time.
