On Monday, we ate better for once, mainly just having eggs and no high-carb snacks. With so many trips to Florida, it just wouldn’t do to always take a break from healthy eating.

drove over to Meatballs for some drinks and lunch. They were showing football highlights so the displays had interesting content to watch. I meant to eat light, but a half-sandwich and salad were too tempting to pass up. Combined with a couple of beers, it was most filling.

We then went over to a beach where I was able to catch a great sunset. I sent up the drone and took all the footage I could until the battery died. First time I ever actually drained it. I must say I was pretty nervous during the final moments, being unsure if it would land in the proper location. There wasn’t much room for error. In the evening, we had a rehearsal for “Victorian,” our next show. It was the one main element that made the trip out there more than just a mileage run, even though it was pretty much exactly that.
