    My final day

This was tough to plan. I wanted a day trip to either Dover or the Cotswalds, but with scattered showers, I opted to forgo both and just catch a few shows in the city.

The first was “Dr. Semmelweiss.” This was a solid play about a doctor in the 19th century. Well acted and executed, it made for a splendid afternoon at the theatre.

For the evening, there wasn’t much to do except catch another play. I chose “The Patriot.” Now it’s really hard to say how good or bad this one was because I was dead tired for most of the show and my entire focus during act two was trying to stay awake. Pity, I know. But it happens.
