Travel Diary

It was another trip down to the Bay Area for a dinner show. I left on a 6 AM flight to San Jose and as usual, I had to take Uber right back to Pleasanton. But then I got to sleep for a few hours. I then got to hang out with Jessica for some drinks, and a walk down Main Street in Pleasanton with a visitin to the Meadowlark Dairy for ice cream.After that, I met up with Pam for some karaoke and then got some much-needed rest.

On Sunday I slept in, and then walked down to the park-and-ride and got a ride to the show. We performed “Murder in Vegas,” which went really well, and it was upstairs at the Old Spaghetti Factory.

Monday was a day of walking. I think I walked 22 miles total which included heading down to Noah's bagels and then Pleasanton Sports Park, and then the Stoneridge Mall to replace my missing air pod and then to In-N-Out Burger, and back to the hotel. I met up with Pam for drinks downtown and then to the dairy for ice cream.

Tuesday was an incredibly early flight. I took Uber to Oakland around 4 AM and caught a flight home. Unfortunately, no upgrade to first class. They said that I my ticket didn't include that option even though previous trip had included it as I had been upgraded with the exact same ticket. Oh well.

In Seattle, it was raining and I took the train home because all other options were too expensive.
