This was a very this was a fairly fast vacation. I guess most of my flights to Idaho are. I leave on a Friday, come home on a Sunday night, and well, I don't miss any work, so I can do more of these trips without using any vacation.

For this one, I didn't take Uber, although I was going to. My neighbor pinged me right before I left and asked me if I needed a ride to the airport. And I said okay, because it would have been a little cheaper than Uber, although it was pretty close. I gave her $40. I think that's a good price.

I definitely enjoyed the sunset, but I can tell the sun is going down earlier and earlier each night; however, it's still still not bad. The airport was pretty deserted for the most part. I mean, late on Friday night, it definitely winds down. I think TSA security wait was probably only a couple of minutes. It's really nice when that line is short.

I think they have a new bathroom there. It's sort of that somewhat unisex. They have separate stalls. Everyone gets their own fully closed stall. So there's privacy. But they still have a urinal section for men, which is a smart way to go. It's really the sinks that are combined, which makes perfect sense. I think maybe some women can still get uncomfortable with this scenario. But I don't know. I mean, that's not for me to decide.

Of course, as always, I avoided the escalators. The stairways are never too crowded. Nobody stands on a stairway. I had a nice evening flight right over to Boise. It was first class. I got the upgrade, so that was pretty cool. But for such a short flight, I guess t's not that big of a perk. I got a Scotch on the way and yeah, we were up and down in an hour, and next thing you know, I'm in another deserted airport because it's like 11:30 at night. Nobody's at Boise Airport that late. Maybe a few people. But it is definitely quite deserted

Once I got to the house, it was mainly just chatting for a little bit with Dad, and then getting some sleep.
