On Monday, I did wake up early to take some footage of the sunrise with my drone, and I was glad I did. It was pretty excellent getting to see the sun come up over the hills. Lisa then offered to take me to the airport and save me the Uber fare. We were able to stop at a mountain trail at Pinnacle Peak Park on the way and walk around for maybe 20 minutes which was a nice addition. She then dropped me off at the airport and I said goodbye. I had a little extra time so I got out my notebook and did some work from there. Then I boarded the flight and flew north back to San Francisco. I took the shuttle back to my car and made the long drive home.
