On Friday, we did some sightseeing, and the first item on the agenda would be driving through the neighborhood that held movie star or celebrity fancy homes. Some of them were really impressive and look straight out of the movies. There was a Miami Vice type home, and one Elvis once occupied. There is even a home that Leo DiCaprio owns and rents out to anyone willing to pay the crazy prices. Along with all that, one was even for sale at a relatively cheap $2 million though it was sort of oddly designed, and of course the area gets extremely unbearable during the summers I would not be making an offer.
They did have a cool tram that went up the nearby mountains, but that would have to wait for another time. Joshua Park as well, since it wasn’t in the plans for that weekend.
After returning home, we went to a nice wine bar to try out some great wines. Good fun.
