In the morning, I checked out and headed down to Trattoria del Arte, which is a very nice restaurant. I originally sat in the booth area, but texted my friend and he said the bar would be cool, so I moved to the bar. That was a better fit because the menu prices were pretty darn high, and I was fine just having some drinks. But at the bar, they did service a bunch of food and appetizers and other options. I tried their pizza and they even offered some blueberry cannoli which was darn good. We stayed there for quite some time, hanging out and chatting with the bartender, or guests nearby. It was really enjoyable, just a very fun experience. The bill was lower than it definitely should've been, so I made sure to include an extremely generous tip.
After that, I headed to the subway to take it over to Penn station, and then I took the Long Island rail road over to Jamaica station and then the Air Train over to JFK. Yeah, lots of trains to get to these airports. I caught an evening flight back (no first class) to Seattle and returned home late at night.
