This was a day to check out some model homes once again. As always, the units are very impressive for the price ranges. They’re well built and smartly crafted. One thing’s for sure is that your money goes a lot further in Idaho, when it comes to homes. At least compared to the Bay Area or Seattle.
Soon it was time for lunch. We stopped at a fun BBQ place. I just had a beer, but the others enjoyed a nice meal. Once finished, we headed out to a nature trail area.
This area was significant as it had some ospreys up in a nest on a tower. My old zoom lens would have been great here, but I’m smartphone only at the moment, so it’ll have to do. I guess 3x zoom beats no zoom. We captured the birds (with our cameras) and then some of the nearby river, but it was soon time to head to the airport.
My flight home was roughly 6pm Sunday evening. Since I arrived a little early, I just sat in the upstairs seating area and watched the planes come and go. It’s a nice relaxing spot up there and no food orders are required. After that, I boarded my flight and headed back to Seattle.
