For breakfast, we found another nice outdoor place. My stomach was a bit upset, so I settled for one gordita. Was not much food, but all I needed for the moment. Steve actually got a pizza. I guess it’s nice to have a break from Mexican food after a few days. Once breakfast was done, we headed for a beach. I of course had the wrong shoes for traversing a beach (tennis shoes). But eventually I took them off and just walked in the sand and water.
We picked a spot at Senor Frogs. I finally had the chance to try out the ocean. It was a nice mild temperature. Not cold at all, which made it hard to cool off. It was good exercise though. I stayed out there a while. After that, it would have been time for some tanning, but a solid storm was coming in.
And the storms move fast there. Withing minutes the beach was empty due to massive rain pouring down. We moved to the covered area.
After having a few beers and waiting for the storm to die down, we moved onward. I returned to the NFL bar for some Monday Night Football.
