Being all packed, the morning was fairly calm. We did a final scan of the place and then headed to the car. From there, we drove a ways and then found a place for breakfast. It was another outdoor place and fairly quaint. I had some form of eggs. They weren’t bad or good, but just fair. It seemed like a quiet little town between Playa and Cancun. Might be a little too quiet.
Then we went to the Cancun airport and Steve dropped off Terry and me. His flight would not leave for several hours later so Steve decided to hang around Cancun more. Terry was on the same flight as I was. It was a medium flight to Denver, where we took separate flights from there.
One thing worth nothing was that it was my first time in Denver. Well, at the airport at least. I didn’t visit the city. I did notice the restrooms doubled at tornado shelters. Not something I’d ever seen before. Again, I’m not in the midwest often. Soon enough, I was on another plane and heading home.
Vacation completed.
