Travel Diary

Ah, early, early, early. I arose at 6:15am and Tenaya's husband James drove me to the airport. Very fast TSA and I waited half an hour to board. Again, no first class, but empty middle seat. Only diet soda for the flight back. We also were delayed about an hour. I slept for a spell. Then finally, back in Seattle. I had to wait for luggage, but it arrived in short time.

I walked briskly to the parking lot. I showed my ticket and the man said $83. WHAT?!? Way higher than expected. I said I was supposed to get the self park rate since the lot was full. He adjusted the ticket. $48. Okay, much better but odd that it was so high (higher than valet even should have been). No matter. I paid and drove home.
