Travel Diary

I slept in some and worked on lines. We drove out to Sanibel Island for the show. It was a nice golf course very close to the water. And the sunset was quite lovely. We would be performing outdoors in a large permanent tent area. The weather was cooling off, but they had many heaters inside, so it wasn’t too cold.

Our green room was located in the golf shop, but that worked well. We had a great table to fit everyone around. The people also kept bringing plenty of water, bread, salad, and meals. Food was never a problem there.

Again, we brought our three mikes and they had one mike, so four total amongst us. The show went fairly well and it was enjoyable being outdoors for a change. Again, I did the closing announcements. And then, it was all completed. We packed up and said goodbye. Some of the actors I’d seen again in a few weeks, though it’s never certain.

We drove home and watched a little television, but we were pretty exhausted.
