I was able to sleep in. I suppose it was only until 9:30am, but that feels just fine to me. Our first adventure was to the Warhawks museum in Nampa, Idaho. The place is reasonably priced and features a vast assortment of information about aviation from past wars. As well, it includes a huge amount of donated items from veterans—quite informative and some great reading. One would need a goodly amount of time to spend there to take in even a fraction of it. Complementing the planes are classic cars, which are always fun to see.

After that was done, we headed to look at model homes. The Toll Brothers selection was really amazing and well-priced. Just crazy how much cheaper they are compared to the Bay Area or Seattle, like 25% of the price with several bedrooms and a decent chunk of land. Easy to see why people are buying out there.

In the evening, it was dinner and three games of Scrabble. Victory was mine for all three, but they were hard-fought wins. The competition is fierce sometimes.

We watched more of “All the Light We Cannot See” and I crashed around midnight.
