I would be checking out, so I woke up around 9 AM. My bags were already packed. After making sure I had everything, I checked out and contacted Lyft. The price wasn't too bad, about $45 to go to San Jose Airport. Frankly, there was no other way. No trains on Saturday. Security at SJC was extremely light. I don't think there was one person in front of me. In fact, I think it was even quicker than Clear access. I had no upgrade this time. I think I was in seventh place or something. We boarded a little late and then headed to Seattle. I was in an exit row (16A), but there was no one in the middle seat. And I had the window. Obviously no meal was served, but they didn't even offer a chocolate or drink option. Well, I passed on the drink, but I guess they don't even offer the chocolate if you're that far back in economy. No big deal. I did some reading of my Spanish Sherlock Holmes novel.
In Seattle, it was cold again and I was glad not to be taking the train. I walked to the parking garage paid about $95 and started to drive home. Unfortunately there was a great deal of traffic due to an accident so I took a bunch of detours and finally got home after about an hour. Ironically, the train would have been faster that time.
