Travel Diary

It’s the same routine now. I walk to Link and take the train to SeaTac. Uber prices are just consistently insane. This would be my second time heading out to the airport in 24 hours. Taking the train was getting very tiring, but I really had no choice. This is what I signed up for. But there was plenty of time. I of course don't have any lounge passes so I wouldn't be spending any time there.

I got to the airport a little early and headed up to the SeaTac garage roof to make a video and then it was down to security. The security line was practically empty as usual. The new checkpoint six is fantastic. It's just so odd seeing no crowds there.

My flight has been upgraded to first class for the first leg so that was nice. We boarded on time and then started heading south. The meal was just the fruit and cheese platter, but that was fine with me. I did bring some snacks with me although I was trying not to eat too much junk food. I'm not sure I had much luck there. After about four hours, we landed in Dallas. It was now Tuesday.
