Travel Diary

Very early wake up. I had to get up around 6 AM to get to the airport on time. But I was all set. I got dressed and exited my room. I was able to say goodbye to Tenaya and then took Uber to the airport. The ride was incredibly fast, so I had plenty of time at SJC. I walked around a bit. The security check was only about a minute, so that was really nice. I do love these smaller airports. I then hung out in a sparsely populated area, and finally got to my gate. I had been upgraded to first class so it was a nice flight back. My meal was a bagel, which was decent. A nice change if nothing else.

We landed in Seattle and of course it was very cold again. I walked to the train station and took the train back to Capitol Hill. It was a fast vacation and already over. That said, I would be back at the train station in about six hours.
