Travel Diary

It was a late morning and I drove to Mimi and Greg’s place in the early afternoon. We then drove out to Lucky Duck Lake and I tried out my new board. It actually worked quite well. A bit challenging to stand on if the water isn’t calm, but as the water wasn’t really something I wanted to immerse myself in, I sat down for the most part.

It’s a nice place that wasn’t too crowded. The lake is rather small, but fine for just a calm day of paddle boarding. After that outing, I headed back to my friends’ place and we had some food and then watched some old videos of past performances at 3 Crosses. Sadly, no new memories can be made there.

Then it was back home again—er to my parents’ place.
