The plan for this day was to play Top Golf. However, when we got there, they didn't seem to have a reservation. Upon further investigation, it turned out that the reservation made was for the location in Las Vegas. Since we didn't think we could get there in time we just had to forgo that and get some food.
There was a bit of a debate where to eat, but we finally settled on Buffalo Wild Wings, and we drove over there. I mainly had a small salad and some of the boneless wings and the special sauces. To be honest, they weren't very impressive and really no better than what you'd get at a fast food place for chicken tenders or whatever that kind of stuff is. It's a little surprising that people seem to really enjoy this place. The people were nice though so there's that.
Afterwards, we went over to my brother's place and played some games—well, just one round of Scrabble and it was pretty competitive with my nephew—plus with six people, we only had about three turns each so every move really counted. I won, but it was extremely close.
After that we went for a walk as the weather was cool but still pretty nice—just not as warm as previous days. But better than Seattle of course. Next, we watched some home movies from childhood which were pretty fascinating to see, with everyone so much younger and how life was back in that era before cell phones and other inventions. It's amazing how technology has changed so much over the years. Then we drove back to Middleton and played one or two games of Camel King where I came in victorious. I think I'm finally learning how to really play the game. I then packed up and went to sleep since I was leaving the next morning.
