I do love the evenings flights; so much less crowded. I took Uber to SODO station and then caught Link into SeaTac. About zero wait-time at PreCheck, which is so nice. I then had to get over to S-Gate. It's often a lot quieter over there just a bit of a hassle to get over to (lots of walking and transfer train and more walking). I had about 20 minutes to spare so I meandered around a little bit, but yup, you guessed it, I then got a notification that the flight was delayed so now I had about 45 minutes to spare. It’s very annoying but what can you do. I just walked around more and took photos of the severely overpriced stuff for sale.
When we finally boarded, I had a first class seat, which had a window to my left and an aisle to my right. It's one of my favorite seats on a plane (outside of a flat seat). The flight of course, was very short and I was doing it sober, so just a Diet Coke for me. When we landed in Idaho, my dad picked me up and we drove over to Middleton to the house. I was pretty tired so it was easy to fall asleep fast.
