This was show day, but since I was staying in the hotel that night, I didn't have to check out. Well, I had to check out briefly and check right back into the same room since my reservation was divided in two, but that was fine. I got a little coffee and juice and then finished more of my leftover pizza. I studied my script for a little while, and took an Uber over to the Safeway shopping center where I went into Supercuts.
The owner recognized me from over two years before and cut my hair. I left a really nice tip because she remembered my name. Then I bought some food at Safeway and walked all the way back to the hotel. I got ready and walked over to the park and ride, getting picked up at 3:15 PM. The car was pretty full, so the ride wasn't too comfortable heading down to San Jose, but that's the way it is sometimes.
While things were getting set up, I walked over to Chipotle and got a steak burrito which I split with another actor that was willing to pay half. It definitely hit the spot. Our performance was downstairs once again because the show had sold tickets very well. That was nice to see, although it also meant tougher entrances because of sound issues. And a less private green room area. The show went fairly well overall—just a challenging time in the last scene which had some difficulties, but we got through. Then we packed up and I got a ride back to the hotel in Pleasanton. It was my final night there, so I packed up my bags and slept before midnight.
