Travel Diary

Obviously, I slept in some, though not as much as I would have liked. But it was a day of relaxing. We all watched a couple of episodes of the spy series “Slow Horses,” and then in the afternoon, Serena took Tony to the airport. I got caught up with a few things.

In the evening, we headed back to the karaoke place from many months before. It was at Blackbeard's Tavern. The place wasn’t as crowded as the time before, but everyone there had come to sing, so the wait was almost an hour. I did get to sing one song, and wanted to sign up for another, but the KJ said there would not be time. We finished our drinks and headed out.

The next stop was a place for some chicken wings and beer. Well, I passed on the beer, but the wings were good. Finally, it was back home again, and to chat and relax.
