Book Reviews

So many books ... you know the rest.

The Ocean at the End of the Lane
by Neil Gaiman
Published in 2013 (I finished it on February 13, 2017)

It’s quite a creative novel; however, it’s a little too scattered and “out there” to really be too enjoyable. Gaiman is sort of hit and miss. This one just doesn’t really connect on any particularly new level. It’s not a bad book per se, just not one that was terribly fun or enthralling. You’re sort of left with, “Ah, that’s … interesting.” Gaiman is a great writer, but nevertheless, some of his book are going to be mediocre.
