Book Reviews

So many books ... you know the rest.

11/22/63
by Stephen King
Published in 2011 (I finished it on October 03, 2012)
A very fun read. This novel follows Jake as he tries to stop what happened on that fateful day. It's King back in top form and even avoids the horror and gore for the most part. I had a great time following his time travel, which didn't seem as implausible as the concept usually is. I'm not sure it's really historical fiction, but one does get a better idea of that era—the pros and cons of the 60s. And you get a better idea of who Oswald was and the type of confused soul he became. It's worth reading.
