Book Reviews

So many books (you know the rest)

Catch-22
by Joseph Heller
Published in 1961 (I finished it on May 03, 2003)
I had always heard about this book, but never read it. Now, I’ve heard about it AND read it. The book is a marvelous piece of work. It’s quite comical and had me laughing heartily at times. I’d never found such humor in a book before — even from books written by comedians. “Catch-22” deals with a bomber group near the end of WWII.
